Here is the full video of the health app reviews! In my last blog post, I shared with you I showed a sneak peak of this full video! This app not includes my review of the Headspace app, but also a review of the calm app done by Rose Spuhler! Both of these apps are similar in way but are also different from each other.
Headspace : This app is very useful. It is free to download and you get the first 10 sessions free but then after you use these 10 sessions you have to pay monthly in order to accesses other meditations! There are different types of meditations such as ones for anxiety and stress, not being able to sleep, for when you wake up or when you get home in the evening. There is also a section called basics and this is for people who have never meditated before and it teaches them how to meditate and what to do. Another part of this app that is really cool is the sleep aspect. There are mediations and sounds to help you fall asleep.

Calm: This app is also very useful. When you first open it up, it brings you to your home page. On this app you can choose what type of background you want and each background makes soothing noises as well. You can change the background to be a picture of water and the sound is rain falling or you could change it to be a fire with fire crackling. There are different parts to this app, first there is the Daily calm, which is a person talking smoothly and helping to meditate you. This app also has a sleep section that helps you fall asleep as well. When you want to meditate there are many different types of meditations available for you to choose from.

I think that both of these apps are very useful and that people can get a lot out of them to help them rest and meditate. Especially after a long day of hard work and stress, this apps are very beneficial. I encourage everyone who is reading this to download one of these apps and try it!
